So when I go there it says 749 pAVos what is that mean that's for 13500 v bucks I'm not even on a VPN either so do I need to be on a VPN to buy this or what will happen if I just add a my paypal from Xbox and buy it ? Thanks y'all

Go on your Xbox change your location to Argentina 2 check fortnite make sure it goes into Argentina pasos 3 go to computer downsload VPN 4 plug ur computer into internet cord and make sure your VPN is connected to a argrentina VPN, then put the VPN to the Xbox, sorry this isn't very good explaining but I just learnt this there is YouTube videos tho !
