Go to settings. It'll tell you purchase and content is down.

That's what's causing this.

Any word when the store will be back up and running?

We can't really say, its been down for like 4 days now

I have a feeling microsoft is catching onto this method and trying to put a stop to it. I am able to make normal purchases on my Xbox, but when I switch to argentina and connect my VPN it no longer works. Why would the issue only occur when I switch my region? I am using the same card and same method I have always used for this.

This method has been working for years so I don't see why it would get patched now + how are they going to patch it? They can't stop people in Argentina buying from there store
