if i was buying id buy the vanquish centurin asus for me is the best when it comes to mother boards and graphics cards, also the processor is much better than the other one.

The i3, 1060 would be the better choice judging by benchmarks. Whats your max budget?

i'd recommed checking out Ryzen 3 series CPU they are cheap and are decent performers

I'd go with the i3, 1060 6gb.
1050ti's are a bit outdated and don't have enough VRAM for most games nowadays

That's not true. The GTX 1050Ti launched after the 1060. Also 4GB VRAM is fine for the 1050Ti, it's just a lower end GPU than the 1060.
OP - The i3/GTX 1060 system is better since the CPU and GPU are better. You'd be better off building a system though.

it mainly depends on what games you will be playing, if you play more cpu intensive games, then go with the 1050ti one, but 9 times out of 10 it will be a gpu intensive game, so i would personally have to recommend the i3 1060.

The i3-8100 is a better CPU than the i5-7400 in every situation. So it definitely doesn't depend, the i3 and 1060 is just better.
