Currently I have my car tuned through an AccessPort and I want to switch to open source. I just want to know if there's a tool like the AccessPort where I can monitor my A/F, boost, voltage, feedback knock, intercooler temps, etc on a display rather than a bunch of gauges. Or if their is a program I can download onto a laptop that can also do this.

It all depends on what your car monitors currently, what car you have, and how much work you want to put into it.. I use an Edge system on my truck, tells me anything and everything.

And yes, I know I have 2 of them on VGT...

EDIT:
My SCT X4 shows the same PIDs, it's just a smaller less user friendly screen. With the Edge everything is easy to see and it's a dedicated monitor that I can add to. Edge uses an EAS system so if there's a parameter you want to monitor that your vehicle doesn't have, you can add it in. For example my truck doesn't tell me my EGTs, but if I throw a probe in the manifold and run a wire from that to the EAS it will tell me my EGT.

Isn't this something that would pair with an Edge performance chip? Or an Edge tune?

You can get one that tunes too, but mine is strictly a monitor. I don't use Edge tunes, my truck is custom tuned from Innovative Diesel useing the SCT X4. The monitor doesn't hurt any part of the tune.
