Launch default.xex and see if it says you need an update real fast.

If you cleared ur cache at any point this could be the problem?

I had similar issue on Bo2

I had similar issue on Bo2

I didn't touch anything lol I have no idea what he did...but I did do default.xex and it just goes straight to the game

Maybe you should try downloading and installing the files yourself?

I used iKonroi when I first started it is a .dll menu and should have a seperate folder in MW2 game folder in xex menu. but dont go into it you want to click on default_mp.xex. If that dont work may need to redownload the files for iKonroi

With iKonroi v5, there should be a pop-up message when you launch the game... Then the menu will already be loaded when you start the private match
