I have an xbox rgh and was using it fine until the whole console crashed so i turned it back on and nothing will load not even xell

Does it boot up at all?
If not, hit power button then eject button and it should power on. Go to dashlaunch and remove plugins because that could be the problem (possibly a stealth issue). If it doesn't turn in that way grab a USB and put a blank launch.ini on it and plug it into Xbox and boot normally and add the correct plugins.

Nothing is happening tried all these steps and getting nothing

Remove the hard drive see if the console boots also disconnect from being online

Well if you need anything done to it contact Rodent_Modz, he will sort you out
I did contact him but I left the Xbox off over night unplugged and it booted fine this morning so not sure what happened
