Does my games have to be the IOS version to load menus with the dll files?

they need to be in IOS to use menus on games that require .dlls

aka most mw2 menus and below as the ones below use .ff or .dlls

for xex menus you set them as plugins so they can be GOD format if you wish.

When I try to find the title ID in my files I can't find it to try to revert it to IOS

You need to use the tool GOD2ISO tool then you can convert them from you pc then put them on your rgh.
