Dash board update coming out Monday??? i thought it was coming out on nov 4th? Or thats kinnect coming out wow im so fukin lost.. will my flashed console get banned i need confirmation?

wow thanks man well ill just buy another xbox if this bs happens! my xbox is only flashed its not jtag i dont think that wud do anything to the console though .. i might be wrong but no1 knows for sure.
