Just an example. Say we pay are cable company for 50mbps and when u test connection my Xbox is only getting like 20 range and I'm using an Ethernet cord.
How can i make that stronger?

If you disconnect other devices from the internet it may make your speed on your Xbox 360 faster.

consoles and this is also the case with steam on the pc, you wont be hitting the cap you have because the servers are limited to the amount of data they can receive so in that case you are hitting microsofts data cap, well sony has less of that at like 5 to 10 as they have slower download servers, steam will hit almost triple that speed that ms data cap is set to use, so i dont see an issue there, i pay for 69down 11up and when i download on steam i get close to that speed well xbox and ps i get less then that, so its normal that you arent getting what you paid for on your console

You're not gonna get much more but if you want to try go ahead and disconnect Phones and such from the Internet!

you have to disconnect other wifi using appliances in your house or near your wifi

I had the same
Problem. Should've been getting 70-80 download but was getting 15. It was because my phone line and internet line were coming in out of the same socket instead of a double socket provided by the ISP.
