So I have ea access on both of my accounts. I already had it on one and bought the other one today. It is not letting me load fifa 19 on the one I bought today. It keeps saying I didnt purchase fifa 19 and the current profile requires active ea acess. Any help?

Try setting the account to your main Xbox that should work

When you load it up and it says you need to purchase it, click see in Microsoft Store, then click play free trial
