So I've put together a PC build already but it's a tad too expensive and I really need

Budget & Currency: ~1200 USD

Peripherals & Monitor: So included in this build I'd like to have 2monitors and a mount, I also need to aquire a mouse and a keyboard, but I don't particularly care about what those are they just need to work well.

Games: I don't really intend to play with it much but if I do it might be an fps, and I'm interested in dabbling into VR, probably is going to be BeatSaber or something like that.

Software: Davinci Resolve, Some photo and Video editing software, I'll probably also do a good amount of programming and some machine learning and data oriented type of stuff.

Aesthetics: I don't really care, nothing ugly or flashy. But still with some character, sober but with some presence.

Rebates/Promos:

Details: I already have a sound system subwoofer and co. But it was given to me by someone and I'm not sure how I would hook it up to a computer, I'm assuming I won't need extra components other than the appropriate cables.
Further I am going to be connecting it via Wifi, not sure if that's important. The Goal here is productivity mostly

And I've set aside 400$ for peripherals. The total with peripherals and all, is 1,466USD which is about 200USD above my budget. And I'm not even sure this is a good enough build. Help.
