I am currently looking to build a PC which will mostly be used for use for runnings programs such as packet tracer, different types of VR machines for my college classes, other programming programs and maybe a little gaming.

I have a budget of $750 but would like to spend less if possible. I already have a keyboard, mouse and monitor for a setup.

I'd recommend spending the extra $15 for an 8GB RX 570 though;

Also you can save $20 if you want by going with the mATX version of the same mobo;
