Anyone know where I can purchase a windows 10 key? I am not paying £120 on the Microsoft store for a windows 10 home key when I know there are options out there for way less. I don't want a OEM key as I may eventually change motherboards or need to install fresh windows multiple times if I am trying to troubleshoot my PC. I want it so that it links to my Microsoft account when I redeem it so all I have to do is sign in to it and my PC is activated. Thanks in advance

Windows 10 OEM keys don't behave the same as older ones. W10 OEM keys are bound to your Microsoft account. It still only activates one PC but you can re-activate with a click of a button.

With that said I highly recommend paying the premium for a key from an official retailer. All the other keys you see at 70% off were either carded or procured with MSDN accounts which will almost always end up getting deactivated. If you cant afford it you can always use W10 for free if you don't mind the little watermark it gives you.

If you dont have the money for premium you can just use free version that has the watermark Ive been using it unactivated for a while and I barely notice it.

Don't buy a windows key from G2A lol there is a reason they're cheap many buddies have had it disabled for it being poached.

Windows will now let you use a watermarked version of Win10 until you upgrade (you don't ever have to)

On the flip side you should be able to find the free version on google and iso it or use a usb.
