hi i recently ordered a trinity rgh and was wondering how i get or where do i buy cod mod menus from and gta mod menus if anyone can link it to me that would be great

Hey, I highly recommend using Chaotic360 or ApparitionNET for your modding needs and you can check out Chaotic360 by clicking here. They're both RTE tools so you'll need your Xbox 360 connected to your PC via Xbox 360 Neighborhood.

do i just need xbox360 neighborhood or do i need XBDM.XEX as well

If you go into the download section, you can find a fair few mod menus. such as; Blue sky 3.1, Jiggy 4.5, Ikonroi etc.
but you need the XBDM. XEX, but neighbour hood connects through your ip address
