4 3 2 1 is very solid. Make sure you have a really defensive cm though in the middle. Someone like Kante who I've been using so maybe doucoure or ndidi and a box to box midfielder like dembele. Your wingers don't necessarily need to be 90+ pace anymore. I've really enjoyed Pedro in the RF role at the very start of the game. If you need any advice on anything don't hesitate to ask.

Not the greatest but honestly for a first team it's solid. When you get more coins get better cb's. For GK find someone who works for you, I love Pickford but many of my friends hate him so it's honestly just your preference with goalkeepers. Not a very inventive team but gets the job done.
