Hiya, just found black mold in two seperate spots in the garage of the house I'm renting. I will tell my landlord about it tomorrow. I am just kind of nervous about what will happen. He's a really chill dude so nothing will come out of it as in anger. I am just nervous if hes gonna be like well now you gotta get out of here so we can quarintine this place or something.. Idk how serious black mold is but we cant just get up and move. Or, really afford week or two in a hotel. I thought about trying to clean it up the best I can with chemicals made for it, you can buy them at local stores, but idk.
