I have a problem where I cannot talk to one friend in my party and it makes us both disconnect, and we have no idea why we cant. anyone else have this issue?

NAT type or connection is the issue for sure. Curious to know both of your guys NAT and download/upload speed.

both are open, im beginning to think its because we live in the same apartment complex, even though my brother and I can connect just fine in the same house.

Try disconnect your Internet from your xbox and reconnect
