In the future, I would like to get into streaming but do not really understand the whole thing on how to setup my stream and get it started and all that stuff.

Anyone on here that can give me a hand with using the right programming and setting it up so I can have it on one of my monitors while I play the other game, and setup my webcam to be on the stream?

Below is the guide i went off of but my game isnt laggy when im playing but my stream on twitch froze at the lobby

You should start streaming on YouTube first in my opinion
