Im using xbOnline and I can get my mod menus that I put on my HDD to work but only in private match. xbOnline mod menus isnt showing up in private or public. What have I done wrong?

What menus?

Are you using the ESP ( red boxes and snaplines etc) as theres a small problem with that atm.

You need to disable xbonline's menus to use different ones. And I'm sure you need to take off any other menus to use xbonline's.
