I thought at first this would be a boring anime, I was wrong the first 3 EPS really got into it.
Kusuo AKA they call him Saiki is a normal high school student. Except altho that he isn't normal at all, he was "blessed" with psychic abilities at birth. Saiki just wants to lie a normal life and stay out of the spotlight.

He is a gifted psychic. Having obtained his powers since birth, the first signs of Saiki's powers came from when he was able to hear the voices of his parents and when he subsequently telepathically spoke back to them. He has a uncaring personality because he can do anything he want. He even has a set of funny friends one of his friends he can't read his mind, there is a female character who has a crush on Saiki being he can read her mind he pays no attention to her and she's always on his feet. Yes there were episodes and shorts that I found some uninteresting, but the majority of them made me at the very least made me laugh my head off.
The comedy is so ridiculous, and even Saiko understands that everything he goes through is ridiculous. Saiko's uncaring personality makes up for excellent narration voice he does and comedic moments.

NASA tried getting me to watch this but it just looks downright silly. Not at all something I could get into, especially since each episode is so laughably short with no plot to follow. Not to put down people who like anime like this, but its not something I could get into.

Pretty cool art style though, I'll give it that.

No it actually follows a plot, when it air it was 5 min an episode everyday but since it came out they put all the episodes together so it's 24 30 minutes episodes.
