Welp, I know this isn't new to a lot of you but, I bought a few console's recently and 2 of which have the open tray error.
I did a basic check on both console's such as cleaning dust, cleaning the laser, following youtube vids, although I still can't figure out why it's still giving me this issue.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Laser needs to be replaced. It's completely isn't strong enough to read the disk

Which drives are they I may have lasers for them in stock

Phillips & Lite-On DG-16D2S is one, I haven't taken the other console apart yet but I can get back to you on that.

I should have these lasers in stock. Most common in jasper consoles if I do not have them I will send you my supplier who I purchase them from

try turning the screws on the laser little at a time and try to see if that works if not your going to have to replace the laser.
