Is it possible to upload my clips to OneDrive without doing it via Console like I wanna upload some clips to TTG ut to busy grinding double XP.

Not that I know of, unless you get a elgato and just record your gameplay,

But for xboxdvr/onedrive I think it can only be done via the xbox home button
