I have 2 Xbox ones and have to install games twice which is time-consuming and space consuming. Can I buy a wireless hard drive and locate it centrally and have both connected to it as an external hard drive? Would this work to only install the game once?

No such thing as a wireless harddrive.

Just get an external and network transfer the games over to the other xbox
