Supplements?
I use pre-workout and post workout powders. I do NOT use anything else as I don't feel like a lot of those supplements are good for you and your body. I stick to the standard C4 and just get whatever flavors work for me, right now its watermelon pre-workout and vanilla post workout. I take them both between 15-30 minutes before/after my workout.

I hope this can help some of you, if any of you have questions you can post below or PM me

Aye I love the Watermelon C4 lol its been my favorite for a while now. I actually started ordering the pack of 12 premade workout bottles of it because I got tired of the powder. Nice little schedule you got going on though, ultimately people just gotta do what's best for them. Very surprised you saved Chest day for Saturday lol, I stopped doing it on Monday's though as that's the stereotypical day for everyone it seems like.

Good post brody.

I like saving chest for Saturday due to the fact I do not workout Monday so it has that whole day to rest and build without me workout out another muscle idk if my logic even works or makes sense but it's always worked for me !
