Over the past couple of months, we have been seeing quite a lot of VISA-released issues taking place in the Dota 2 pro scene. First, it was SumaiL, then came YawaR and now Team NiP's Neta '33' Shapira. This is the third victim that fell to the on-going VISA issues that have been going around.

Due to these VISA-related issues, Neta '33' Shapira will not be able to attend and participate in the first Major of the Dota 2 Pro Circuit 2018-2019 season with NiP at The Kuala Major. Instead, the previous The International champions, Team Liquid will be loaning out Ivan Borislavov "MinD_ContRoL" Ivanov to NiP to fill in the empty slot.
