It doesn't really matter anyways. It's not like the camo makes your gun do more damage, have better accuracy, etc. It's a nice little glitch for those who want the camo, but don't want to grind for it.

It'd be pretty much impossible to do that because they'd have to take it from everyone.

Just like the attachment- weapon prestige glitch. Yeah, it's patched but they didn't take my attachments.
Simply because they have no way of telling what player got them legitimately and what player did the glitch.
