It'd be pretty much impossible to do that because they'd have to take it from everyone.

Just like the attachment- weapon prestige glitch. Yeah, it's patched but they didn't take my attachments.
Simply because they have no way of telling what player got them legitimately and what player did the glitch.

You not actually unlocking the camo though its still locked once you do the glitch they can just whipe everyones camos on the guns in your create of class making you requip the camo again but the unlock camo. It wouldn't effect those that earn it legitimately.
