I would assume he boosted and needs his kd to go down and have a bit more matches played for his prestige/level. So it seems more legit

Best mode to do this on is heist and you get bonus xp if your team wins but leave your controller active moving and go work,sleep or have fun whilst it levels you up ruins your kd but adds matches played simple
