Send it to a professional the first time, not some kid working in his mommies house.

I do this work fulltime out of a 1600 sq ft shop.

Reflows=Reheat existing solder ball to reform the cracked solder balls..

Reball=Replaces old lead free solder w leaded solder=long lasting repair..

We offer proper BGA Reflow and will be resuming Reballs in a few weeks..

We do Proper BGA Reflows using our machine for $50 and $15 for return shipping with tracking and nicely wrapped in bubble wrap.

None of that throw it in a box and let it go!

Offer 60 Day Repair Warranty..If anytime after that, only $20 Reflow.
