lol, i thought this was a great idea at first.
So i called up microsoft and told them my xbox button wasnt working and that one of my buttons jammed.
the technical support representative sayed they could replace the controller....BUT YOU HAD TO SEND YOUR OLD ONE IN!!!!
I actually tried calling twice and talking to two different people and they both said you have to send it in.

it didnt work for me. Once they recieve your broken controller, they send you the new one.
