Okay, so my falcon has v.32 of freeboot so I can't host lobbies online with it. My friend downgraded it for me but when I flashed it on to my Jtag, it didn't have avatar update. I tried adding the 9199 files with a usb but it said "failed to update" and it didn't work obviously.

I am offering $20 to whoever can fix it.
