Ok so first of all when i go to my system properties it doesnt even show any information except that my vista version is 32-bit. How do I fix the "unknown"

Also when i try to enable network discovery or file sharing or even printer sharing it gives me The account specified for this service is different from the account specified for other services running in the same process. Please help me.

1- Open Command Prompt
2- At the Command Prompt enter the following command exactly as written:

net localgroup "Administrators" "NT Authority\Service" /add

then press enter and you should be ready to go. It worked like a charm for
me on the two PC's that were having the exact same problem......

The second question I have no idea, sorry mate.
