Mention who the better artists are.
If they have a shop link it.

Then contact each artist.
Ask if they would like a banner for their shop.
Keep the sizes the same
300x300 - no animation.

Review each month and then see what has changed.

Its a brilliant idea, but Bolan was PMing me about taking ppl off and i said no so he made this, and me and Electric have started. can you make it that certain people can edit the post?

But if all three of ya got into an AIM convo you would be able to talk constructively.

Then put up a Draft post and ask for opinions on the choices.

Leave this up for a day and see what the other artists think.

Then Review it and create the post.

First of all you made this thread with all good gfxers, but there not the best.
There are better GFX'ers out there and plus why does it matter, go open a shop,
and get ,more people and tats how you rate not this.

Second of all dude i bet you im way better than you at gfx... i looked at ur shop theres some decent stuff the rest, isnt the best
