Theres a problem with your theory, Patches can be conpressed on xbox because microsoft dont encrypt them, were as you cant compress the new black ops patch on ps3 because sony has encrypted it and therefore it cant be compressed, to compress it you need a Master Key that only treyarch studios have, so without xbox's and jtags working for black ops they wont be able to get the master key because its encrypted by sony, oh btw they have a black ops patch already.. and it cant be decompressed..
