I APOLOGIZE IF THIS WAS POSTED BEFORE!
Most people have to open their 360's to hotswap, right?
Well, I'm PRETTY sure this works too. YOU DON'T HAVE TO OPEN YOUR 360!
TURN OFF AUTOPLAY!
Have your modded ISO disc next to your 360.
Put the REGULAR WaW in your 360.
Go over the "Play Call of Duty: World at War" icon that you normally use to start games.
Press the "Y" button on your controller AT THE SAME AS YOU PRESS THE EJECT BUTTON ON YOUR 360!
(I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO UP TO HERE! I will be trying my first hotswap in a little with this! )
You should be greeted with a screen on your xbox, that should be the game info, but it should just have the game's background imagery.
Take out your NORMAL WaW, and put in the ISO.
Close the tray.
Let the game spin up, and write to the hard drive!
YOUR DONE! Now go ahead and take the modded ISO disc out and put back in your regular Waw.
The game should load up, and your done! (THE GAME SHOULD BE RUNNING OFF OF YOUR HDD! MAKE SURE!)
Hope this wasn't posted before!
Thanks for reading!

Your screen will just stay on the backround imagery. (Atleast you put effort in the post).
