hey it could be that you dont have enough memory i had a 20 gig hd and that happend now i have a 250 gig hd and its fine

I also had the same problem with the beta. I'am dont want to download the whole thing becuase I'am sure it wont work. The problem should be when you're extracting the files from winrar if you see at 99% it just makes a weird noise like if it faileed and closes. One of the files waasnt extracted completly. HOpe that help. Run a scan its most liekly the snd pack or something like that.

I was having the same problem what you need to do is download the latest iso2god.


then you need to download a jtag application called XM360


now open "iso2god" and then convert the black ops iso and convert it to a god file

then you will get a foler called "41560855" put that folder in your 000000000000 (downloads) folder on your jtag

then put XM360 on your jtag and click "scanall" and boom black ops will show up, click it and your good to go, it will start up perfectly
