The disc brand was the problem

same thing happen to me but i have a few q tho
1 can u hotswap on the new dashbord
2ed i have 2 xbox 360 1 never went online but i hotswaped and it worked fine then i used the same disk on the 1 that is online and the same thing happen that this guy posted
3rd is there a way to hotswap on the new dash without opening it
btw this story was b4 the update
