I don't know if this was posted already but, alright

The way you get the Spinning 10th Emblem is... you can't!

It is only for the IW staff. I found out just now that the IW staff are the only ones who have it.

It will never be able to be unlocked.

how when there are people out there that host lobbies that get people the 10th spinning emlem. your research might be half right but hackers came to the rescuuue!

Actually it can be unlocked by being in a modded lobby made by a JTAG.

really i heard its unlocked once all prestige challenges are completed for example 1000 AC kills and so on

Thats what i thought when the game first came out but challenge lobbies proved it doesn't work so it has to be modded, and IW wonder why people mod...

I have it unlocked with the G Deagle too, but Honestly I think you are able to unlock it with All prestige challenges complete LEGITIMATELY, or its just staff + JTAGs lol.
