read the nand 3 times, if you get same error at same block all 3 times you are good its just a bad block, use latest freeboot and it will auto remap the bad block,

This is normal to get a few errors when reading or writing the nand..Very common actually...
It doesn't mean you have any bad blocks tho.
If you get a lot in a row, it's the flasher/wiring..It's common to get anywhere from 0-4
You the nandhealer gui to check your nand for bad blocks. If you have any, it'll show and you can remap them.
Dump the nand a few times and compare them..
