Can I put patches on a cd and add them to my hard drive like that? Because I don't have an open SATA slot on my PC nor do I have a transfer cable/flash drive.

i dont think so. use a usb you can get one for like 10 bucks on amazon

Get an 8GB Usb, that way you can transfer games quicker

Alright, that's what I thought, I have a bunch of left over CD's/DVD's from when I burned PC shit for my friends, so I figured I'd see if I could put them to use .
