Hey guys. I am just joined today and i am pretty confused. What do rep points do for people? And how do you give people them?

Rep points do nothing really. You get them by making helpful posts or helping someone. You can give rep by clicking on this picture [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Before you ask, you need 25 posts to get the reputation power, or you receive 100 rep you get 1 reputation power.
