I had to ring xbox live up.
And tell them my billing address ect.
And the coldholders name.
Thats the way i had to cancel mine.
There is no other way you can do as i know off.
You can ring them during these times.
Phone assistance is available.
Monday-Friday: 09:00-22:00
Saturday: 09:00-20:00
Sunday: 09:00-17:00

And the Numbers are
