same happened to me. the file "images.pak" is over 2GB and modio/xplorer360 doesnt support files that are over 2GB. here is what you need to do, plug in your ethernet cable on your jtag and sign in to an account, it will tell you that your are banned so just ignore that. then go into xexmenu and press RB so you are at the page that shows you your JTAG info. it should include the "IP Address"
now download a program called FlashFXP on your computer (search for a free trial...easy)and make sure your computer is also connected to the SAME internet as your JTAG.
open the program and click 'session' -> 'quick connect
server/url= the ip address it says on your jtag (192.168.0.***)
port= 21
username= xbox
password= xbox
then hit connect.
you JTAG's hard drive should appear in the box on the right,
just find the file "images.pak" on your computer in the left box(Computer) and send it over the the black ops folder(JTAG) and let it load the parts sent.
sounds like a lot but honestly, it is really quick ;)
and it saves you 60 bucks from getting a hard drive.
