It's true, but it is very easy.. Some infections allow you to get infected until you turn off your xbox completely. Meaning, if you go to a online match and you get host, the infection will still run.
That's all.. I hate when people brag about how they hack lobbies ect when they actually did nothing.

The only g@y thing is, the Chopper Gunner bullets go online for me when I was the host but I had No Friction, Super Speed.
