i pre ordered Black ops Hardened edition, and i am supposed to recieve it tommorow, if i play online, will this get me banned ?

As long as it is a retail copy of the game and not a burned one you will be fine

No, becouse they can tell if you got it legit or not, and the severs don't go up till 9th.

I'm probably going to get mine tomorrow and play Single Player and Zombies a lot then Multiplayer with my friends on Tuesday .

If the servers are up before the 9th, you won't be banned .
