if u look in the very beginning of the video u can see that he got the message today, with the old dashboard. meaning he has a new rebooter. im sure many of u guys might think that it is a dev kit, but its not. then it would have been the new dash and he couldnt stay online very much. also this video show that black ops can be modded, and it has. pm me if you would like to know more.
i do not know when it will be released, but im sure it is right around the corner

This is NOT a new rebooter, this is a demo on a dev kit to show that the game black ops has been hacked. This is NOT on live and any new rebooter would be on THE NEW KINECT DASH.
