ok i just hosted a 10th lobby and a unlock all lobby for a guy and sent me 22.57 paypal and then after he was done i go to my account and all of a sudden it says - 1.02 USD so can someone please tell me how i can get them back?

yeah i used too scam and then i got a jtag of of ebay for 209.00 and i started doing it and my acc got banned so i made a new one and got it up to 9 70 and now i just hosted a lobby and the guy sent me money and took it back can you please tell me how to fix it?
