my mum sent a complaint message cause my m8's got dispacthed 2 days before mine and he ordered it 3 weeks after
after my mum sent the complaint email it dispactched within 30 secs literally!

I'm getting it tomarrow but cant play till like 9:00pm cuz i have to drive 2 hours away to take my grandpa to surgury all day but i'm picking it up at like 7am so i get to stare at it all day...

that happened to me with mw2 and I received 4 weeks late:(

I ordered black ops on the 12th of October and my friend ordered his on the 1St of Nov his despatched on the 5Th of Nov and mine hadn't despatched on the 7Th so my mum send a email complaining and they dispatched within a minute, literally!
don't ring up the customer service, they don't understand as they have people who struggle to understand English on the other end of the line.
DISGRACE!
