So i was in Ground War, when i encountered a 2nd Prestige level 70 with the Spinning Skull Emblem! I proceeded to ask him how he got it. He said simply you need 10,000 Chopper Gunner Kills. I am not sure if this is true. But he added me, and he was 710th on the Kills Leaderboards with 8,564,810 kills. So maybe he is lying, maybe not. But the emblem is out there for people, whether they felt obliged to "mod" for an emblem or they work for IW, or found a way to get it, its out there!

2 Problems with that theory"

1. I am 10th with all Prestige challenges done.
2. He was only 2nd prestige.

u complete all the challenges b4 u get 10th prestige so anyone that has yet to do the mod done pay extra for the emblem just get the challenges first then get 10th

My guess would he got in too a unlock all lobby.

he obviously got into an unlock all lobby. i think the emblem is for IW admins and workers only. but that's only if you get it non modded.

He has 8 million kills and a 3.12 K/D... Why would he want to get into an unlock-all lobby?
