Okey, i know that this is not allowed to post this, but i do not want to post to the " Official JTAG Technical Problems thread "
- Zephyr JTAG.
So lets start, my jtag is kinda blowed up. It do have a "scratches and holes" in CPU. and it gives me 0002 error code/E02.. Pic will explain more than 1000 words.

I think i need to change a CPU to it. Is it possible to FIX?

You can first try a Reflow of the CPU. If a Reflow doesn't work, you can get the CPU Reballed.
One of those will fix your problem..

you are going to need someone to put a new cpu on your board. You should just get a new jtag

What the **** are you using the clean the chips, **** spit???
Clean that shit up some more and post better pics. ;)
So now you have 0031? That is usually a shorted out resistor(x clamps too tight usually)..
The top of the cpu should be cleaned off and you should see your face...I can't tell if that's just crap or actual chips/scratches on the chip...
